Let’s say you wanted to master a sport, or an instrument. There are many different things you’d need to do, but what’s the one single factor that all mastery requires?
You must be willing to invest your time and energy into practicing and developing the skill.
Perhaps you’ve heard of the 10,000 hour rule, which states if you practice something for 10,000 hours, you’ll reach a level of mastery.
Social Confidence is no different. It’s a skill — just like an instrument or a sport. It’s something anyone can develop through practice.
I say this with absolute certainty because I’ve seen the guy who’s so shy he can’t even ask a stranger what time it is, learn how to break through through his fears.
I’ve seen him start a conversation with groups of women and walk away with phone numbers (without doing any weird “pickup artist” hypnosis).
I’ve seen him make new friends, become the hub of his social network, and dominate in job interviews. If he can do it, anyone can.
Actually, I was one of those guys. And that’s why I’m completely convinced it’s a skill.
And if it’s a skill, then the only way to develop it is through an investment of your time.

During an intensive, we get together for two and a half days and dig deep into what’s getting in the way for you, what’s blocking your natural sense of confidence from emerging.
Then, we take massive action during the weekend to help you break through those obstacles and unleash your natural inner confidence.

When I used to work with guys in individual therapy, I hated how the sessions had to be fifty minutes.
We could just be getting into a powerful breakthrough and we’d have to stop because we ran out of time.

We’ll go into something for as long as it takes — 30 minutes or 3 hours — we’ll focus on it until you experience that powerful shift, that breakthrough.
